Laundry deliveries will be made within 72 hours. For dry cleaning garments, the delivery time is extended to 120 hours. If you require urgent delivery, this service will incur an additional charge of 100% of the standard rate.
Free Pick Up & Delivery
We offer free pick-up and delivery for laundry orders weighing 5 KG or more. This is part of our commitment to providing convenient and cost-effective services to our customers.
Delivery Delays
We strive to deliver clothes on time. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays. In such cases, we will keep you updated about the revised delivery times to ensure you are well informed.
Examination of Garments
Upon delivery, customers are requested to examine their garments thoroughly. This helps ensure that any issues are identified immediately, allowing us to address them promptly.
Garment Care
We take great care in handling your garments. However, we are not responsible for issues such as color fastness, shrinkage, or damage to embellishments and embroidery during the cleaning process. While we make every effort to remove stains, some stubborn stains may not be completely removed. All garments are accepted at the customer’s risk.
Uncollected Garments
Please note that we will not be responsible for the upkeep of garments that are not collected within 15 days from the date of the scheduled delivery. This policy helps us manage storage space and ensure garments are returned to their owners promptly.
Liability
We accept no liability for any loss or damage to clothes arising due to events such as fire, burglary, or other incidents beyond our control. This clause is in place to manage risks and ensure fair practices.
Pricing
The pricing for garment cleaning is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the complexity and care required. The rates mentioned in our price list are indicative and minimal. Prices may vary between different stores and cities, reflecting local costs and market conditions.
Cleaning Methods
Our technicians use various cleaning methods to ensure the best possible care for your garments. These methods include washing in emulsifier, detergent, and softeners, soft washing for delicate garments, and technologies like wet cleaning and hydrocarbon.

Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from our services are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh only. This ensures that any legal matters are handled within a specific legal framework.
